Batch Exports

You can filter and export transactions and batch reports from the Stax Pay platform.
To get started, select Reports from the main toolbar.

Select the Reconciliation report to begin filtering by date to view the batch reports.

You can view individual batches for a particular date using the date filter. Remember that the batch date will differ from the deposit date, as batches can take up to 48 hours to be deposited.

Once filtered by the desired date range, you can export or print this information by clicking Export at the top of the page.

NOTE: The dates and times of your exports are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), not your local time zone.
