Creating a Business Track Account

Business Track is the platform to manage disputes for accounts with Merchant IDs beginning with 4983, 4987, 5121, 5179, 5185, 5347, 5353, or 5544. To create an account, please follow the directions below:

1. Navigate to www.businesstrack.com.
2. Click Enroll.
3. Click Sign up with your Merchant Account.
4. Enter your information, including the Merchant ID, Bank account number currently on file with Stax for deposits, and Tax ID (TIN, EIN, or, if sole proprietor, SSN). You can skip the Bank Sort Code/Transit #.
5. Click Create Account.

You will receive an email at the address entered with login instructions that will help you set up a password and begin using the platform for dispute management.
