Advanced Customization provides users with the ability to:

Customize Colors

Use the color picker to add your business’ custom colors to your:

• Receipts
• Invoices
• Website payments page

Add Custom Fields

Ensure that you include all the information you need while creating an invoice (for example, Client ID. Omni does not include a field for client ID by default because not every business has client IDs. With advanced customization, you can add any fields specific to your business). You can add these fields to:

Invoices

• Customers - Ensure that your customer is prompted to enter the necessary information while paying their invoice.
• Users—When creating an invoice, Ensure your internal team is prompted to add information that may not be included in Omni.

Website Payments

• Create custom fields to display on your website's payments page. Ensure that all important details are included in your payment. Whether you require a patient ID number, case number, or other custom field, you now have the flexibility to add new fields based on your business needs! Plus, custom field entries are searchable.

Customer Profiles

Ensure you include all the details you need while creating a customer profile. (i.e. Client ID)

Hide Stax logos

You can hide Stax's signature logos from invoices, receipts, and website payment pages.

To get started with Advanced Customization:

1. Navigate to the Advanced Customization app in the app marketplace.
2. Click Launch.
3. Enable Color Pop (Optional). This adds a colour schema to invoices, payment links and other customer-facing communications.
4. Hide Stax logos (Optional). Stax logos will be removed.
5. Set up custom fields (Optional).
