Cancelling your Account
We value all of our members and would love to hear from you if your expectations of our technology, savings, and service are not being met.
Your membership with Stax has no penalty for termination of service, we simply request 30 days' notice of cancelation. For assistance with your account or to submit an inquiry in regards to cancelling your Stax membership please submit a form to our support team by clicking this link. Please note you will need to be logged into your Stax Pay account in order to access the cancelation request form. Completion of this form does not finalize account closure steps. A support agent will reach out within 24-48 business hours for the next steps in the process including verifying account details, an exit survey, and finally a confirmation of account closure.

If you've had processing within the month of your cancelation request, you may be subjected to processing fees and subscriptions for that month.
