To create a new user or Team Member:
-
Navigate to Settings >Team Members.
-
Click Add Team Member on the Team Members page in the top right.
-

Click Add. The team member will now be active on the team member page.
A welcome email will be sent to the new team member to set a password.
Note: Only Executive level users can add new Team Members and set permissions.
When adding team members, these team members should only be added with either a sandbox brand or a production brand, not both.
From the team member page, you can view which users are Active or Deactivated, along with the email address they were set up with and the date they were added.

Executive: Highest Level Permissions Settings
This role will be able to toggle from production into your test account or sandbox, assume a live merchant’s account, issue a void or refund, start a new merchant application (white-glove enrollment), and create new user accounts.
Developer: Engineering Specific Roles
This role will have access to the Sandbox mode only and will have access to partner webhooks and creating test users. There is a full-access and limited-access side (No dashboard and no void/refund capabilities) for developers depending on how hands-on they'd need to be with Stax Connect.
Agent: Sales or Support Reps
This role has the lowest level permission settings. They will still have access to start a merchant application (white-glove enrollment) and assume a merchant for support inquiries.
