Deposit Report

The deposit report in Stax Pay includes reporting for your credit card and ACH (bank) transactions.

The Deposit Report lists each deposit as a separate line item. You can click on each deposit to review the transactions included.

In addition to reviewing your deposits, you can click on each line item within the deposit to be taken to the transaction in your payments list. If you notice a transaction deposit report you do not recognize, you can click the transaction to take it directly to the payment details in your payment list.

To view your deposits:

1. In Stax Pay, select Reports in the left menu.
2. On the Reports page, click Open on the Deposit Report.
3. Click the deposit for additional details. Use the time filter to narrow your search.
4. Your transaction(s) for the deposit will now be listed.

You can click an item in a report for more details about a daily deposit. This view provides a breakdown of transactions.

UTC

Note that all batches are based on UTC time. Keep this in mind when exporting as transactions occuring near the end of the month or day may report the following day/month from what is expected.

If you have a question about a payment included in your deposit and would like to go to your payments list to review further:

1. Navigate to the transaction in the deposit report.
2. Find the transaction and select the go-to icon on the right.
3. Review your transaction details.

Monthly Processing Fees

If you pay your processing fees monthly, you can view those fees within the deposit report.

Under Deposit Breakdown, click the arrow next to the total monthly fees to view a detailed page of the fees.

Note that fees are batched and depending on the timing, fees from the previous month may be batched and included in the next month. This can be due to timing such as late day transactions or weekends/ holidays near the end of the month.
