Stax Pay Settings

The Settings tab in Stax Pay lets you view and update your account information, such as your login, DBA (Doing Business As), users, or bank account details.

To access the settings, select Settings from the main navigation within Stax Pay. By default, you'll see your core Account information.

You can also manage and customize your business settings, including:

  • Team Settings: Add or remove users and update their permissions.
  • Branding: Upload your logo and add social media links.
  • Invoice Settings: Set custom fields, configure customer reminders, and update default preferences like invoice numbers.
  • Notifications: Set up automated receipts and subscribe to the weekly summary.
  • Sales Tax: Configure custom tax rates for taxable items.
