Merchant Enrollment
Merchant Enrollment is a key process in the success of the merchant and your business. Stax offers three enrollment options. Your option depends on your involvement level and overall experience.
You can enroll merchants in four ways:
- White-Glove Enrollment: You fill out your merchants' information using Stax Connect. This simple but potentially time-consuming method is great for smaller partners.
- Landing Page: Have Stax create a white-labeled landing page that allows Merchants to sign up and then Merchants are directed to complete the application on a dedicated site.
- Hybrid Enrollment: Begin the enrollment process within your app and redirect your merchants into the Stax Signup Application using Single Sign On (SSO) capabilities to complete their application. This method requires little investment and the collection of basic information before sending it to Stax for additional information gathering. You can view the status either through Stax or API. Using the UI, you can assist the merchant or remind the merchant to complete the required steps.
- Custom Enrollment: Build your enrollment process within your application alongside the payment flow so your customers never have to leave your software. Create your own enrollment flow and experience within your application. Use API calls to Stax to send the information for processing. Use additional API calls to view the status of an application.
Each method provides benefits based on your needs and the customer experience.
