Enabling 3G

To enable a 3G connection on your Dejavoo Z9 device, please use the following steps:

1. Tap the three-line icon from the main screen to access the Services menu.
2. Tap Core.
3. Tap Utility and enter the manager password: 1234 is the default value.
4. TapCommunications.
5. Tap Local Parms.
6. Tap3G/GPRS.
7. Tap Status.
8. Tap Reconnect.
9. The terminal will display GPRS Connecting.
10. Once connected, the main screen will display the 3G icon at the top of the screen.
11. Tap the 3G icon to give you the connection details.
12. If the terminal reads LAN Active, look for your network IP address to display.
13. Tap the Ping menu option.
14. Select the number 2 on the keypad for Ping Google.
15. If the terminal displays Ping Success, you are ready to begin processing. Attempt a test sale to confirm approval receipt.
