The Brand Settings section provides partners with insights into how their company—or brand—is represented within Stax Connect.

Brand Details

This section displays how your brand is configured in the Stax system, including your company’s name, colors, logo, and other visual elements. The Stax team sets these details during onboarding to ensure brand consistency.

Notification Emails

Here, you can see the emails that their merchants will receive. Remember that certain emails, like risk or pending notification emails, might go to a separate inbox that isn't displayed in this view.

Permissions

User roles determine access to this page. Users may have “Write” or “Read” permissions based on their role within the Stax Connect account.
