Updating a Merchant Bank Account

To update the merchant bank account on file, please submit a support request via Stax Connect with the following information:

  • Merchant ID (PMID)
  • Merchant Business or Legal Name
  • One of the following:
    • Signed bank letter on letterhead with the new account information
    • Voided business check with merchant legal name or DBA on it

Once the following documentation has been received, you will hear back from our team within one business day with a status on the change requested. The process can take 3-5 business days to effect. You will receive an email notification when the process is complete.
