Locate a Refund or Failed Payment Attempt

Stax Pay makes detailed record keeping of your refunds and finding failed payments easy with automatic filters.

1. In Stax Pay, click the Payments tab on the left-hand menu.
2. Select Refunds or Failed Attempts at the top of your Payments to view them by the most recent date.
3. 

These views will show all Refunds or Failed Attempts to process and can be filtered and searched just like payments.

*You can also easily use the Search or Filter options in the top right to locate a transaction with more specific information.

Select the transaction and dive into the core Payment Details where you can see the Transaction History of the original Charge and Refund listed.
