Manage your Google and Facebook Business Reviews right from your Stax Pay Dashboard.
With the Online Reviews tool in Stax Pay, you can see and respond to your Google and Facebook Reviews the moment they are posted without ever having to leave Stax Pay. Reduce the platforms you are logging in to and manage everything from your Stax Pay dashboard.

Sync Stax Pay with Google or Facebook

1. Log in to Stax Pay.

2. Click Settings from the main toolbar.

3. Click Reputation.

   

4. Login to an Account:

   1. Log in to Google and search for your business name or address to find your Google Places ID. Click your Business Name.
   2. Log in to Facebook. Click your business name (if you have multiple businesses, we recommend selecting the company that directly correlates to the Omni account you are logged into).

5. Click Save Changes.

6. Click Dashboard from the main toolbar.

7. Scroll down, and your reviews will be listed.

Note: After entering your business address in the Google Place Settings field, Stax Pay will select the Google location ID for the first account that is included in the business list with Google. To enable the ability to respond to your Google Reviews, you must log in to Google by following the directions above.
