Receiving Chargeback Notifications

To enable and control Dispute Notifications, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Notification Settings in your Stax Pay Account by Clicking Here.

1. Under Automated Receipt Options, select or enter the email(s) where you want to receive specific Chargeback notifications.
2. Check the box labelled Disputes.
3. Click Save.
