Exporting Customer Data

Easily export your customer information from Stax Pay into a CRM tool.
With this feature, you can easily optimize your marketing efforts by exporting your customers’ information that is captured during every sale and importing it into a CRM such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, and more.

When processing your payments in Stax Pay, enter the customer’s first and last name, email address and any additional information you would like to have on file, i.e., address, company name, etc.

1. Once ready to send this information to your marketing CRM, navigate to the Customer list in Stax Pay and click Export. Your customer information will be exported into a .csv file.

2. Next, navigate to your CRM and import the customer information. You now have a full profile of customers ready to receive information about promotions, sales, and more.
