Sending an Invoice Via Text

Get paid faster with the Text2Pay feature available for invoices.

If you make the payment process as easy as possible for your customers, you are more likely to be paid quickly. Text2Pay increases those chances even more.

Create an invoice in Stax Pay like you normally would, and then send to your customer via SMS text. They can click directly into the invoice from their text messages, enter their billing information, and pay immediately.

Send an Invoice via Text:

1. Click Create an Invoice.

2. Enter the invoice details. Click Continue.

3. Select the Customer. If creating a new customer, select New, enter the customer information (first name, last name and email address are required) and click Save.

4. On the Select a Payment Method page, click Create as Invoice.

   

5. On the Invoice Details page, click Send.

6. On the Invoice Send modal, select SMS.

   

7. Enter the phone number if none is populated.

8. Click Send.
