To enable ethernet on your Dejavoo device, please use the following steps:
Non-Touch Screen Models (Z line):
- Unplug the machine and connect one end of the ethernet cable to the LAN port on the back of the machine and the other end to your modem or router.
- Power on the machine.
- From the main credit/sale screen, select the F1 key > Comm Status > Ethernet or tap the Ethernet symbol on touch-screen models to start the default connection. If the terminal displays' LAN Active', look for your network IP address to appear.
- Select F1 > Comm Status > Down Arrow > Down Arrow for Ping. For touchscreen models, tap the Wi-Fi symbol> Comm Status > Ping.
- Select the number 2 on the keypad for Ping Google.
If the terminal displays Ping Success, you are ready to begin processing. Attempt a test sale to confirm approval receipt If the terminal displays Ping Fails, check your network configurations. We usually recommend resetting your router and trying again. Or contact Stax support for additional assistance
