Transactions Export Report
Transaction reports are detailed records that summarize financial transactions over a specific period. These reports typically include information such as transaction dates, amounts, and types of transactions (e.g., sales, purchases, refunds). Transaction reports offer a comprehensive overview of an organization's financial activities, allowing stakeholders to monitor performance and identify key trends.
Transactional reports are available to Agent and Executive roles. If you have custom roles that require access, please reach out to Stax Customer Support.
Importance of Transaction Reports
Financial Analysis: Transaction reports provide valuable insights into revenue streams, expenses, and overall financial health. By analyzing these reports, businesses can identify profitable areas and potential cost-saving opportunities.
Regulatory Compliance: Many industries are subject to strict regulatory requirements regarding financial reporting. Transaction reports help organizations maintain compliance by providing accurate and timely records of all financial activities.
Fraud Detection: Regularly reviewing transaction reports can help identify unusual patterns or discrepancies that may indicate fraudulent activities. Early detection is crucial for mitigating risks and protecting organizational assets.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Transaction reports play a pivotal role in the budgeting process, as they provide historical data that informs future financial planning and forecasting.
Dates are based on transaction date and not batch date.
